Period of notice depends on the type of the rent; it is 7 days on weekly payment and a month on monthly payment. You’re able to move in right away. Our apartments are equipped with basic furniture, electrical devices and bedclothes. The rent includes water and television license. We also provide cleaning service. In addition, sauna, laundry and parking lot are in the residents’ use. Our apartments are located in various parts of Vaasa. Internet access can be provided if needed.
